The 48th edition of Marmomacc the International Trade Fair for Stone Design and Technology, is scheduled at Veronafiere Wednesday 25 to Saturday 28 September 2013. Last year the show attracted over 1400 exhibitors (57% international from 57 countries) and more than 56,000 professional visitors from 132 countries. Growth opportunities, not the least through cultural events and high-level experiments, to encourage meetings between trade operators and architects-designers. Marmomacc & Design is a cutting edge project inspired by the desire to encourage collaborations between exhibiting companies and young designers focusing on research in the design field. Marmomacc 2013 will also host the XIII edition of the prestigious International Stone Architecture Award, the biennial event the rewards the best architectural projects involving the use of stone.
